The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. The main level includes a king primary suite with a private ensuite, plus an open-concept great room and fully stocked kitchen designed for gathering. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each offer a twin-over-queen bunk bed setup, giving families and groups room to spread out. The spacious deck is the perfect place to take in the views, fire up the grill, or simply rock in a chair and enjoy the mountain air.
Unlike many mountain homes, Overlook at Beech offers easy access with only two steps to enter, parking for 5–6 vehicles, and a 65" TV with Sonos sound bar in the great room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range with griddle, a large island, and seating for 10 — ideal for big family breakfasts before a day on the slopes.

Some places just feel like home — Beech Mountain has always been that place for us. We learned to ski here as kids, have been coming back every season ever since, and our love for this mountain has only grown over the years. Now we're thrilled to be part of the Beech Mountain community as homeowners and to share this place we love with guests like you.
